EF Yoga School promotes quality and holistic yoga education to Filipino communities. It was founded in 2017 by spouses Franc and Macy Elarde- Fresnoza in Bulacan.

EF Yoga School provides holistic yoga programs that is safe for all. Their unique approach on yoga teachings enables a personal transformation that is good for the mind, body & soul.

Teachers Franc and Macy are seasoned movement education teachers with over 14 years of teaching experience, and holds master's degree in Physical Education. They had gained their Yoga trainings in the Yoga capital of the world-Rishikesh, India and in Bali, Indonesia. As social entrepreneurs, they use their expertise in teaching to give back to fellow Filipinos by empowering their Yoga community to get together not just to practice Yoga, but also to extend their help to the needy. For Franc and Macy, this is the true meaning of entrepreneurship- building a business not just to earn profit, but also to serve fellow Filipinos by extending love and compassion to the community through the teachings of yoga.
